Training
We recognise that there are runners of various abilities, ranging from those who are interested in starting running, and do not know how and where to start, to highly competitive athletes who participate in international races abroad.
At present, training programs addressing specified targets are prepared on demand for RRA members and emailed to them. This will be gradually replaced by postings, on this web site, of running programs for various levels of runners from beginners to experts. Programs will be structured according to objective/distance.
