For the 3rd consecutive year this beautiful 7 kilometre race was organised jointly by Inter-Lebanon Road Running & Athletics Club and Al Aamal Sports Club, Bickfaya. Around 125 runners participated in this difficult and hilly but picturesque course.

From the men, Hussein Awada of the Lebanese Army, unbeatable over medium and long distances, achieved a great time of 22 minutes 38 seconds.
Of the women, Melissa Rizk fulfilled her contract this day and arrived first with a time of 30 minutes 58 seconds.

Now that the Lebanese track and field championships are coming up in mid-July (15, 16, 17 July) and the first week of August (5, 6, 7 August), at the College Notre Dame de Jamhour stadium, Inter-Lebanon, whose athletes are vying for the top spots in the championships, will take a break from road races and focus on track events.
