Welcome to the Inter-Lebanon Road Running & Athletics Club (Inter-Lebanon), a friendly running club for runners of all abilities as well as a highly competitive track & field club for elite Lebanese athletes. Inter-Lebanon is a member of the Lebanese Athletics Federation. We warmly welcome people of all ages, standards, and abilities, from competition standard to beginners just attempting to run for the first time. Inter-Lebanon is one of the main organizers of road races in Lebanon, with a number of classical races organized every year in various Lebanese regions. We also organise participation in international races.
ISF Wissam Eid International Half-Marathon – 5th Edition – February 26, 2012

Short of a 100 runners dared to brave the siberian cold weather on that Sunday January 22, 2012 and the challenging hills of Arsoun. This 7k is the second Lebanese road race of 2012 organized by Inter Lebanon in cooperation with Arsoun's community The American runner from Ansar, Alex Rey, won this tough cross country race in 24m44s 15 days after conquering first place at the Marina rebound 5K. He was followed by Nader Jaber, a promising young runner from ERC. |

Our own Gretta Taslakian (Inter-Lebanon) one of the 6 Lebanese athletes who represented Lebanon in track & field at the Arab Games, comes back home from Doha with Gold medal on 200m and 2/3rd of a Gold (Silver) medal on a very frustrating 100m race. Gretta who conceded victory first to Dana Abdelrazzak, the strong Iraqi athlete who trained in Beirut for 3 weeks prior to going to Qatar, took her revenge on the same Dana on the 200m race and won with a 5 meters margin. What is done is done but we all know that Gretta missed the 100m 1st place due to a lack of focus mainly. |

Cedar Road Running League (CRRL) 2012
Inter-Lebanon Road Running and Athletics Club is happy to introduce the CRRL with effect from January 1st, 2012.
What is the CRRL?
It is a league of road runners from various clubs competing throughout the year in a range of eligible road races. Every race will generate a number of points per runner irrespective of his/her age group. At the end of each year, the first 6 winners per gender will be announced and will win valuable cash prizes. CRRL rules will allow any road runner irrespective of his/her age to win the league title as described below.

The fun never stops with the ManiaX! Even when running the epic distance of 42.195k the wild bunch of ManiaX road runners was awesome, sexy and impressive in their black or white outfits. Thanks to the Beirut Marathon Association, Lebanese and foreign runners alike and ManiaX in particular, ran and enjoyed a beautifully well-organized marathon in Beirut on November 27th, 2011.

New Inter-Lebanon Directorate
Following the resignation of Inter-Lebanon directorate, presided over by Roger Bejjani, elections were held at the general assembly on Friday, 30 September 2011, and a new directorate was elected as follows:
