Welcome to the Inter-Lebanon Road Running & Athletics Club (Inter-Lebanon), a friendly running club for runners of all abilities as well as a highly competitive track & field club for elite Lebanese athletes. Inter-Lebanon is a member of the Lebanese Athletics Federation. We warmly welcome people of all ages, standards, and abilities, from competition standard to beginners just attempting to run for the first time. Inter-Lebanon is one of the main organizers of road races in Lebanon, with a number of classical races organized every year in various Lebanese regions. We also organise participation in international races.

Arsoun 2013 cross country race!

Our fellow runner Dr. Noel Aoun is organizing in collaboration with Inter Lebanon and the municipality and residents of Arsoun on May 12, 2013 a 10/12 K cross country (mostly off road) in the beautiful and well preserved forests of Arsoun. The podiums of the various age categories will be crowned by an accessible swimming pool.

ManiaX on the road!

The ManiaX, quite an exclusive road running group, evolving under the wings of Inter Lebanon club, are avid of conquering marathons, wherever those marathons are.

In 2013, Rotterdam marathon, one of the 10 listed best marathons worldwide and Boston marathon, the 117 years old pioneer city marathon were shortlisted by a ManiaX expedition corp of 9 runners.

Marie el Amm remporte la 6eme edition de Al Bayroutya

Le 5K exclusivement féminin AL Bayroutya, organisé pour la 6eme année consécutive par la Inter Lebanon entre la place Riad el Solh et Zaytuna Bay, fut salué avec enthousiasme par la centaine de coureuses de toutes les catégories d'âge.

ISF International Half-Marathon - Al Wissamein

We start by thanking everyone of you for participating to the 6th edition of the ISF International Half-Marathon - Al Wissamein.

It was quite surrealistic to organize or run a half-marathon from Beirut to Dbayeh at a time when not only political and security uncertainty is choking the country but also at a time when violence seems to be tenacious in the northern capital of the country: Tripoli.
